Welcome

How long will it
take to get my wrapping
paper?
Normally, your paper
will be processed
and shipped within
three to five business
days but under heavy
periods such as
holidays it could
take as long as
ten days. Your paper
will be shipped
as First Class US
Mail and that could
add two to five
days depending on
your location. If
you need rush delivery,
please let us know.
Will
my photo be returned?
Yes.
Your photo will
be returned in a
separate envelope
for protection.
If it is received
at One of a Kind
Wraps damaged we
will notify you.
Can my photo be
used in any of the
designs?
Yes. Each design
will accommodate
your photo. Of course,
some designs are
more suited for
certain photo types
such as black and
white photos in
our Nostalgia design,
but we will try
to please you in
anyway we can.
Will the photo's
background be printed
on the wrapping
paper?
For some designs,
the major subject(s)
of your photo will
be electronically
pulled from your
photo and placed
into the design
of the wrapping
paper. You do not
need to cut or alter
the photo before
sending it to us.
What digital file
formats can be accepted?
We can accept digital
image files in either
.tiff or .jpg formats
from either Mac
or PC platforms.
In the event this
is not possible
for you, please
call or email us
for alternatives.
What resolution
should I have for
my digital photo?
For the best quality,
we recommend photos
at 150 dpi or higher
but we will accept
photos at lower
resolution.
Can I use images
other than photos?
Yes. We will be
happy to process
clip art or other
artwork into the
wrapping paper provided
there are no copyright
infringements involved.
Will One of a Kind
Wraps make custom
wrapping paper other
than the designs
currently available?
Yes. We will be
happy to review
your project requests
and provide you
a quote for designing
and/or printing
a paper custom tailored
to your wishes.
How big is the
paper?
Our standard roll
(36”x36”)
is 50% larger than
a single sheet of
wrapping paper you
would purchase at
the store (they
are typically 24”x36”).
Generally, it is
large enough to
wrap two shirt boxes
or one oversized
box. If you need
more, the value
roll offers twice
as much paper (six
feet long!) and
saves you some money!
